SALES / ACCOUNT DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Driversource, Inc., a National provider of Commercial Driver Leasing and Recruiting services to the Transportation Industry, has an exceptional opportunity for the right candidate. We are seeking a Business Development Manager for expansion purposes into the local area. This position requires the generation of new business leads and new business within the local territory. This position will involve direct contact and communication with customers and employees. A high degree of Customer service excellence is required.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to, the following.
- Generates and produces new driver staffing business for the company.
- Responsible for the effective implementation and overall sales planning, lead generation, direction and administration of sales efforts within territory
- Assists in all aspects of the services provided to customers
- Maintains strategic relationships with local business alliances that benefit company
- Assists and participates in recruitment of drivers as required
- Assists in quality assurance protocols and compliance with all D.O.T. regulations & Customer guidelines
- Serves such other functions, as may be directed by senior management of the company
- A proven track record of Transportation related or Staffing service sales
- An ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- General knowledge of Windows & MS Office
- Effective and professional verbal and written communication skills
- Consistently exhibits exceptional customer service urgency and satisfaction
- Comply with all company policies.
