The Northeast Operations Center, located in Glen Burnie, Maryland, is currently seeking a detailed oriented, highly driven individual with a minimum of 1-2 year experience in commercial driver recruiting and/or DOT compliance management.

Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, recruit, and interview commercial drivers for placement with our clientele
  • Complete all aspects of recruiting to include but not to be limited to:
  • initiating contact with applicants
  • providing guidance and instruction for application completion
  • coordinating and conducting interviews
  • initiation of federally mandated qualification reports
  • initiation of adverse action requirements when warranted
  • maintenance of personnel qualification files
  • new associate orientations
  • Proactive recruitment of commercial drivers utilizing multiple platforms
  • Exhibits ability to work in a fast-paced environment while displaying multi-tasking capabilities
  • Assistance with after-hours management of service to customers if so directed
  • Serves such other functions, as may be directed by management of the company
  • Implement company culture, mission, purpose, vision, values, and policies

 

Job Qualification:

  • Education: H.S. Diploma
  • Experience: Minimum 1-2 year experience in commercial driver recruiting and/or DOT compliance management
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Tenstreet knowledge & application preferred, but not required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Solutions oriented
  • Able to work independently or in a team environment
  • Exhibits integrity, innovation, a desire to succeed and a commitment to service
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Prioritization, time management, and organizational skills a must
  • Ability to establish relationships with internal and external associates and clients
  • Some travel required
