Job Description

 CDL-A DRIVER WANTED – LOCAL, HOME DAILY ROUTES! 

We’re looking for YOU! That’s right — local routes and home daily!

DriverSource is an industry-leading staffing firm specializing in CDL drivers. We are currently seeking professional CDL-A Drivers to join our team!

Position Details

  • Location: Routes originating from the South Bend, IN area

  • Schedule: Full-time, 1st shift

  • Pay: $27/hour with overtime after 40 hours/week

  • Type: Local, home daily

  • Freight: Multi-stop deliveries, touch freight (must be able to lift up to 70 lbs using a 2-wheel dolly or power walk-behind pallet jack)

  • Equipment: Experience with manual transmission a plus

  • No Forced Dispatch

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of CDL-A experience

  • Clean 3-year MVR

  • Professional appearance and conduct — our drivers represent our company every day

Job Requirements

Driver Requirements

  • Valid CDL Class A with a minimum 1 year of recent verifiable driving experience

  • Valid DOT Medical Card

  • Ability to operate an automatic transmission

  • No more than 2 moving violations and/or accidents in the last 36 months

  • No previous suspension, revocation, or cancellation of driving privileges within the last 5 years (citations or convictions)

  • No felony convictions (or pending charges) in the last 8 years

  • Must meet all FMCSA requirements

  • Self-motivated, able to take direction, and follow all DOT regulations (HOS, pre/post-trip inspections, E-Logs, trip records)

  • Professional conduct required — drivers are the face of our company
